Saurabh Sharma is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and event management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Misfits since February 2023, Saurabh previously held the position of Assistant Manager - Strategy and Ops at Glance from December 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Process Excellence Analyst at Udaan.com from May 2019 to December 2020 and leading the events team for Antaragni at IIT Kanpur, where Saurabh oversaw a large event with a budget of INR 1.37 crores. Saurabh began the professional journey as an intern at JK Group - UCWL, conducting market analysis and field research. Saurabh holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, class of 2019, and completed earlier education at Maheshwari Public School, Jaipur.
