Deepika Behera

Deepika Behera is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and human resources, currently serving as the Founder of MyNextLeap since September 2024 and an IFS Fellow at MisFits since December 2023. Behera has previously held roles such as Placement Coordinator at the University of Delhi's Department of Psychology, where responsibilities included coordinating placements and providing student support. As a Research Assistant at the Institute of Informatics and Communication, data interpretation and analysis were key functions. Additional experience includes positions as a Human Resources Associate at The Entrepreneurship Network and an I/O Psychology Intern at upskillable, among others. Behera holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University and has diverse experience in clinical psychology and spiritual counseling.
