Robert Jakobi

Robert Jakobi is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in consumer products and healthy food innovations. As the Founder and General Partner of webloom since September 2020, Robert has focused on acquiring emerging consumer brands that prioritize healthier, sustainable options. Robert is also a Co-Founder of E1 Team Miami, an electric race boat team, and serves as a Founding Investor and Director at Misfits Health, a rapidly expanding plant-based protein brand. Previously, Robert established BOU Brands, which offers convenient kitchen staples, and led Metcalfe's Food Company and Metcalfe's skinny Ltd, both recognized for creating better-for-you snacks. Robert's career began at Barclays Capital, where responsibilities included analyzing global market trends. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, French, and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.
