Kailash Dongre

Kailash Dongre is a seasoned Metallurgical Engineer with extensive experience in steel melting operations, currently serving as a Production Manager at Mishra Dhatu Nigham Ltd (MIDHANI) since February 2019. Prior to this role, Kailash held the position of Senior Manager at Jindal Stainless, overseeing stainless steel melting processes and contributing to performance improvement and ISO documentation as an internal auditor and trainer. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Essar Steel and Bhushan Steel Ltd, focusing on slab caster operations and production planning. Kailash began the professional journey with training at VIZAG Steel Plant and holds a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.
