Jake started their career as a PC Tech at Circuit City, where they gained a reputation for their professionalism and extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing computer problems. After that, they worked as a Commercial/Residential Professional Painter at Great Lakes Painting, demonstrating their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Jake then transitioned into IT roles, starting as a Computer Systems Administrator at Wright Coating Technologies, where they gained exposure to networking, server support, end-user support, and enterprise applications. Jake further developed their IT skills as an ECM Consultant at Strategic Business Partners, providing document management solutions to clients.
