Ghassan Alshibl

Ghassan Alshibl serves as Chairman of Misk City since November 2019 and holds the position of Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with the Saudi Council of Ministers since December 2018. Additionally, Ghassan Alshibl has been Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Misk Foundation from November 2019 to January 2025 and served as Vice Chairman at Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) from October 2017 to February 2024. Ghassan Alshibl was also Chairman of the Board at the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority from December 2018 to September 2020. Academic credentials include participation in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 1996 and a Ph.D. candidacy in Engineering Management at The George Washington University from January 1987 to December 1990.
