Brian Tulloh

Brian Tulloh serves as the Executive Director of External Affairs at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since June 2017, where responsibilities include acting as a primary liaison with member companies, stakeholders, and policymakers in the upper Midwest to ensure reliable operation of high-voltage power lines. Prior to MISO, Tulloh held several executive roles at Energy Future Holdings from 2012 to 2016, leading public policy initiatives and advocating for strategic corporate objectives. Tulloh also contributed to TXU Energy in various leadership capacities from 2002 to 2012, including overseeing public affairs, corporate communications, and strategy analysis. Earlier in the career, Tulloh gathered extensive consulting experience at McKinsey & Company, focusing on energy-related engagements for Fortune 500 clients, and held analytical roles at ARCO Oil and Gas Company and Radian Corporation. Tulloh holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
