Mike Schweiss

Mike Schweiss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analytics and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) since September 2025, Mike previously held roles at DFAS, including DON Client Executive Analyst and Financial Management Analyst, from April 2018 to September 2025. Prior to that, a tenure at UPS from May 2008 to April 2018 involved positions such as IE Hub Section Leader, Finance Supervisor, and Finance Specialist in Revenue Management, focusing on payroll management for thousands of employees and overseeing management incentive programs.
