Mostafa Salem

Mostafa Salem has a diverse work experience in the field of security. Mostafa is currently working as the Head of Security at Misr Elhegaz Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Planning & Follow Up Director at Egyptian Security Services from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures. Before that, they served as a Security Advisor at Beyond Data-Risk.Security.Operations.Analytics from 2015 to 2017, where they developed security strategies and operational procedures for multiple countries in the region. Mostafa also worked as a Regional Security Advisor at Concorde Hotels & Resorts from 2013 to 2015, where they provided security advice to board members and improved daily security work efficiency. Mostafa also has a background in intelligence, having worked as an Intelligence Officer at G.I.S. from 1998 to 2013. Mostafa began their career in the Ministry of Interior of Egypt as a Police Officer, serving as a Central Security Officer and an Investigation Officer from 1995 to 1998.

Mostafa Salem obtained their high school diploma from El Salam College in 1991. Mostafa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at Ain Shams University from 1991 to 1995. Concurrently, they also attended the Police Academy, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science during the same time period.
