Amie Weller Colbert is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at Defeat Diabetes since September 2021, focusing on evidence-based programs for pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes remission. Colbert is a co-founder and owner of Miss Amara, an online rug business, while holding various executive roles including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Experience Officer. Previous roles include Digital Strategist and Marketing Consultant at Nexba Pty Ltd, as well as significant consulting experience for diverse brands as a digital strategy specialist. Colbert has also been involved in education, teaching digital marketing at General Assembly, and leading strategy teams at The Farm Digital, contributing to notable brands such as Johnson & Johnson and Kimberly Clark. With a strong foundation in digital strategy, eCommerce, and marketing, Colbert also holds additional qualifications in strategic planning.
