Lara Villar Sanz

Lara Villar Sanz has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of marketing and digital media. Lara is currently working as the Head of Marketing Spain at Miss Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lara was the Co-Founder and CEO of Canvas Mood, a digital agency focused on advertising, marketing, and audiovisual production. Lara started this role in February 2017.

Before their role at Canvas Mood, Lara worked as a Digital Media Manager at Rima Digital from January 2020 to August 2021. Their responsibilities included managing digital accounts, developing media planning, and coordinating the Paid Media team.

Lara also has experience as a Paid Media Manager at NATCOM GLOBAL, a multinational company specializing in short-format video production and distribution. Lara worked closely with teams based in Latin America on media planning and online advertising strategy for NATCOM GLOBAL brands. Lara held this position from June 2017 to August 2021.

Additionally, Lara has worked as a Marketing Account Manager - Smart TV & OTT at Fractal Media from January 2018 to December 2020. Lara also worked as a Paid Search Specialist at Webedia for a brief period in 2019.

Earlier in their career, Lara held roles such as Marketing Advertising Specialist at Azteca America and Digital Content Generator at rolSocial | Engaging & Maesuring. Lara also worked as a Photographer for Elephant Castle and as a Photographer and Graphic Designer for El Mundo.

Lara Villar Sanz obtained their Licenciada degree in Comunicación Audiovisual y Multimedia from the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a degree in Graphic Design and Visual media from ECOL Educa Formación. Additionally, Lara completed a Master's degree in Master fotoperiodismo at Newsphotopress Photography in 2013-2014. Prior to these qualifications, they studied Ciencias de la salud at LAUDE El Altillo School from 2003 to 2006, focusing on the field of Servicios sanitarios/Ciencias de la salud, general.
