As Founder & CEO of Miss Humblebee’s Academy, Crystal D. Labbe directs company strategy, P&L, and organizational design to scale a standards-aligned early-learning platform.

She translates market needs into product and curriculum, hires and develops cross-functional talent, and drives go-to-market execution while owning partnerships, contracts/SOWs, and enterprise procurement.

Crystal establishes data-driven operating systems (OKRs, quarterly business reviews, forecasting), ensures privacy and accessibility compliance, and leads pricing, packaging, and commercialization.

A former classroom teacher with an M.S. in Elementary Education from Long Island University, she pairs instructional expertise with operator acumen to deliver category-leading experiences and durable growth.
