Aleksandra Neupauer

Aleksandra Neupauer is an experienced recruitment consultant currently serving as a Candidate Partner at missing-link.io, specializing in deep tech recruitment and executive search since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Recruiter and Senior IT Researcher at Luxoft from June 2018 to May 2020, as well as a brief position as a Retail Associate at Hard Rock Cafe in early 2018. Additionally, Aleksandra has held positions as an Assistant Management at the Instytut Badan Historycznych i Krajoznawczych and as a Marketer at Agencja Reklamowa Smile Promotion in 2017. A background in archaeology is supported by a Master’s degree (Mgr) and a Bachelor’s degree (Lic.) from the University of Wroclaw, completed between 2012 and 2017.
