Raelene Page Dugger

Raelene Page Dugger is an experienced professional with a strong background in fundraising, program management, and donor development. Currently serving as a Major Gifts Officer for the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, Raelene has previously held significant roles including Lead District Executive and Atlantic District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, and Program Management Assistant at the USO. Raelene's expertise extends to nonprofit fundraising and event management, showcased through roles at Citizens for a Healthy Bay and the American Red Cross. Academically, Raelene holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a BA Honours in Geography and Cartography, both from Stellenbosch University.
