Mission 25 provides a pathway for recovery, prevention, and support for those at risk of displacement in Northeast Indiana. Our services are designed to provide our community residents with the tools they need to get out of their current situation and to live a healthy and successful life.

Under the Mission 25 umbrella of services, we offer 4 programs:
Mission 25 Shelter Services. Certified Recovery Residence. Shelter Services provides personalized and intentional programming to meet the daily needs of food, housing, and necessities while also changing detrimental cycles to help support mental, physical, recovery and spiritual well being goals.

Mission 25 Supportive Housing: Supportive Housing allows 13 units to help build self-reliance and confidence. This transitional phase of recovery allows those we serve to maintain interim housing for up to two years. It is personalized to their transition and provides skills needed for personalized success.
