Tom Pagano

Tom Pagano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit recruitment and development. As President of Mission Advantage Recruiting since October 2019, Tom specializes in connecting talent with mission-driven organizations. Additionally, Tom co-founded and serves as Managing Partner at the Oxenham Group, leveraging expertise gained from prior roles, including Development Officer at Augustine Institute and Head of Major Gifts at the Archdiocese of Newark. Tom's career in development began as Director of Development at Array of Hope Ministries. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, obtained in 2011, and completed secondary education at Don Bosco Preparatory High School in 2007.
