William Bugert

William Bugert is an experienced technologist and database manager with a robust background in managing technology budgets and data migration projects. As a Technologist at Mission Asset Fund since June 2022, William oversees a budget of $1.8 million for technology initiatives. Previously, at Northside Achievement Zone, William excelled as a Database Manager by leading a significant data migration project to Salesforce and implementing a data governance process. William's tenure at College Possible included roles as a Salesforce Administrator and National Lead for Program Design and Network Engagement, where a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap was developed, saving significant resources. William also supported diverse college access programs and supervised teams, demonstrating strong leadership in various educational settings. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Puget Sound.
