Kayla Koons

Kayla Koons began their work experience in 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Adecco as a Recruiter, and stayed with the company until 2022. During this time, they gained experience in talent acquisition and staffing. In 2022, Kayla joined Randstad Sourceright as a Staffing Specialist, where they supported Google. After a year, they transitioned to their current role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mission Autism Clinics in 2023.

Kayla Koons obtained a High School Diploma from Lehighton Area High School in 2016. Kayla then pursued higher education and successfully earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lehigh Carbon Community College in 2019.
