Kylee Formento, MA, BCBA, LBS has worked at Mission Autism Clinics as the Regional Clinical Director starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Melmark where they held several roles including Director of Children's Clinical Services from January 2020 to May 2023, Assistant Director of Educational Services from September 2016 to January 2020, Behavior Analyst from November 2013 to September 2016, and Research and Clinical Specialist from August 2012 to November 2013.

Kylee Formento, MA, BCBA, LBS obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at American University from 2006 to 2010.
