David Carwell

David Carwell has extensive experience in missionary aviation, currently serving as Program Manager at Mission Aviation Fellowship since July 1993. In this role, David coordinates a team of six missionary families and 16 Haitian employees, managing the operation of three aircraft based in Port-au-Prince that serve communities near 14 airstrips in Haiti. Prior to this, David worked as a pilot and mechanic, flying and maintaining airplanes to support rural areas of Haiti. David's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Missionary Aviation Technology from Moody Bible Institute, where David studied from 1986 to 1992 after serving as a Missionary Aviation Student and engineering employee from 1983 to 1993.
