Christian Sargent has a diverse work experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Christian started their career as a Loan Processor at Ameriquest Mortgage in 2005 and later worked as a Loan Processor at Home123 in 2006. In 2007, they had a short stint as a Loan Operating System Support at Golden Empire Mortgage. Christian joined United Security Bank in 2008 as a Credit Analyst and worked there until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Mission Bank, starting as an AVP - Sr. Credit Analyst and progressing to Manager of Organizational Excellence - Credit Administration. Currently, Christian holds the position of VP - Credit Policy and Reporting Officer at Mission Bank.
Christian Sargent earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from California State University, Bakersfield. This educational journey occurred from 2007 to 2010.
