Lisa Romero, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the banking and insurance industries. Currently serving as a BSA Analyst at Mission Bank since August 2019, Lisa previously worked as a Claim Representative at State Farm from December 2013 to August 2019. Prior to that, Lisa held the position of Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton from November 2005 to December 2013 and worked in detentions for Kern County in 2005. Lisa obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
