Prior roles include Project Manager at ServiceMaster DSI, and various positions at Famous Dave's of America, where responsibilities ranged from General Manager to Operations and Training. Daniel's extensive background began with foundational roles at Prime Quarter Steakhouse and Mercedes Restaurants.
