Dave Dotterer has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Regional Director Of Operations and previously as Director of Operations at MISSION BBQ since August 2013. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions, including Joint Venture Partner, Managing Partner, and Manager at Outback Steakhouse from May 1996 to April 2013. Educationally, Dave completed a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at the University at Albany between 1990 and 1992 and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics at Dutchess Community College from 1988 to 1990.
