Millie Haas is the Founder and Owner of Millie's Organic Mosquito Shield since September 2021. Previously, Millie served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Komatsu, where strategic full cycle recruiting for construction roles in the US and Canada was a primary focus. Millie also held a Senior Corporate Recruiter position at IMS Legal, successfully filling difficult roles in legal services. Prior experience includes military sourcing efforts as a Military Sourcing Specialist at T-Roc, and a Human Resources Manager role at PSC Industries, where Millie implemented Kronos Workforce Development across multiple plants. Additional experience includes HR responsibilities at VT Industries and recruitment at Manpower, emphasizing client relations and compliance.
