Shanna Davtyan

Shanna Davtyan possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Mission Community Hospital since January 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and separation processes, while ensuring the maintenance of accurate job descriptions. Previously, Shanna held roles as an Interim HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist at the same hospital, as well as an HR Representative (contract) at Northridge Hospital Medical Center and an HR Assistant at Diodes Inc. Shanna holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
