Ramsay Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ramsay is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Control, where they lead The AI Responsibility Lab and works with a team to accelerate AI Safety. Prior to this, Ramsay served as the Director of Product Science at AppliedVR, overseeing data science operations within the product team and playing a key role in the company's FDA approval. Ramsay also worked as a Founding Advisor at Juris: Smart Contract Dispute Resolution, focusing on finding solutions for disputes in Smart Contracts. Ramsay co-founded and served as the COO of Boundless Mind (formerly Dopamine Labs), a behavioral design platform that utilized AI technology and behavioral science to improve engagement and retention for smartphone apps. Before entering the industry, Ramsay worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Southern California, leading the development of the Golgi interactive online brain map and authoring the Neural Systems Language. Ramsay also gained research experience as a Research Fellow at UC Irvine, where they focused on using nanotechnology to purify saltwater into freshwater.

Ramsay Brown holds a Master's degree in Neuroinformatics from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, Ramsay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience also from the University of Southern California, which they pursued from 2007 to 2011.
