Lindy Dages

Lindy Dages is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and process excellence. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Change Management at Mission Critical Partners, Lindy has produced a multi-million dollar Strategic Road Map and developed strategies for market-specific OCM service offerings. Previous roles include Executive Account Manager at Give Interactive, where a significant contract was secured with a major community foundation, and various positions at Sierra Nevada Corporation, including Process Excellence Manager and Process Compliance Manager, where Lindy led enterprise projects to support operational excellence and compliance. Lindy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Certified Practitioner in Change Management from Prosci, Inc., and an Associate of Arts Degree from Western Nevada Community College. Additionally, Lindy served on the Board of the Crisis Call Center and worked as a Program Officer at the Nevada Secretary of State, specializing in government election regulations.
