Field Service Team

The Field Service Team at Mission Critical Specialists is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. They ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical power solutions for clients, performing scheduled service visits and emergency support. The team is led by the Field Service Operations Manager and includes multiple skilled Field Service Technicians.
