Kin Mitra has extensive work experience in the information security industry. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of Mission Critical Systems, a company specializing in solving complex security problems. Prior to this role, Kin served as the Director of U.S. National Channels and Distribution at Check Point Software Technologies, where they oversaw business with national partners and distribution partners. Kin also held the position of Director of North America Channels at Arbor Networks, where they built and accelerated the channel business for their security product suites. Before that, Kin was the Senior Director of Americas Channels at Riverbed Technology, leading the channel team and achieving a revenue goal of $555M. Kin also served as the General Manager for North America at AlgoSec, Director of North American Sales at Aladdin, and Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Steelbox Networks. Kin's career began at Check Point Software Technologies, Inc., where they served as the Director of the Southern, Mid-Atlantic, Federal, and LATAM Regions. Prior to that, they worked at SynOptics/Bay Networks in various roles, contributing to their dominance in the switched ethernet market.
Kin Mitra attended Emory University from 1976 to 1979 and obtained a BA/BA degree in Geophysics and Art History.
