Micheala House has a diverse work experience in customer service and sales support roles. Micheala started their career at Comcast as a Customer Service Agent, where they handled calls from new and existing customers, provided solutions to their requests, and fostered positive relationships. Micheala then moved on to First Data Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Customer Service Agent, addressing customer needs, improving customer retention, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. Most recently, they gained experience at Mission Critical Systems as a Sales Support Specialist, where they provided customer service support to the sales team, collaborated with manufacturers for contract negotiation, and managed sales databases. Micheala also had a brief stint as an Office Manager at Mission Critical Systems. Throughout their work experience, they demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction skills.

Micheala House, BAS, pursued their education from 2019 to 2022 at Broward College. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision & Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to their degree, Micheala House obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they acquired a Technical Certificate in Business Specialist from Broward College. Micheala further enhanced their skillset by earning a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in July 2021.

Micheala also diversified their knowledge through certifications in various areas. Micheala obtained a Hospitality & Tourism Management certification from Florida Atlantic University in April 2020. Micheala later completed certifications in Sales & Brand Influencer, Business Operations, and Accounting Technology Specialist from Broward College in December 2021, May 2022, and May 2022 respectively.

Micheala'seducational journey was further augmented by obtaining an HR Management certification from HR University in July 2022.
