Ryan L. is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business development. As the Vice President and Director of Business Development at Mission Design & Automation since February 2020, Ryan has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation. Prior to this role, Ryan served as the Concept & Cost Development Manager at JR Automation from June 2005 to February 2020, contributing to the design and construction of diverse automation solutions. Additionally, Ryan co-founded HARApad, LLC, where the focus was on educating the public about the risks of radiation from various devices. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with emphases in Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University, earned between 2001 and 2008.
