Scot Lindemann

Scot Lindemann is an experienced leader in the automation and robotics industry, currently serving as CEO of Mission Design & Automation since January 2020. Lindemann has held key leadership roles, including Principal at 1478Tech, President of BACA Systems, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lakeshore Advantage. Additionally, Lindemann was a member of the Board of Directors for the Robotics Industry Association, where responsibilities included acting as integrator representative and chair of the Membership committee. Previous positions also include CEO and VP at JR Automation and various engineering roles at Motoman and Advanced Assembly Automation. Lindemann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Robotics from Lake Superior State University.
