Natalie Garcia Lara

Natalie Garcia Lara currently serves as the Principal of Mission Dolores Academy, where responsibilities include managing daily operations and overseeing academic and discipline programs in a K-8 independent Catholic school. Previously, Natalie held the position of Director of Academics at Sonder Creek Academy, focusing on teacher management, curriculum implementation, and professional development. Natalie's extensive experience at Amethod Public Schools includes roles as Site Director, Co-Site Director, Assistant Principal, and Dean of Instruction, with a strong emphasis on teacher coaching and academic program oversight.
