Aarón Ayala

Aarón Ayala is an experienced Family Success Coach currently working at the Mission Economic Development Agency since July 2022, managing a caseload of 70 clients at the Buena Vista Horace Mann K-8 Community School while advocating for their needs. Previously, Aarón served as a Special Education Paraeducator for the San Francisco Unified School District, focusing on students with Individualized Education Plans at Mission High School. Additional experience includes working as a Visitor Experience Facilitator at the Exploratorium, where interactive demonstrations were conducted, and serving as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year to support marginalized students' academic and social-emotional skills.
