Michelle Reiss-Top is the Associate Director of Data & Learning at Mission Economic Development Agency. Michelle has a strong background in project management and operations, with experience in technology upgrades, customer service management, and website improvements. Michelle has also worked as a Distribution Center Manager and a DSL Provisioning Manager in the past. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from UC San Diego.
