Pamela Bolden Benoit, CPA, currently serves as Senior Advisor to the CFO at the Mission Economic Development Agency since September 2023. Previously, Pamela held the position of Chief Operating Officer and CFO at REACH CDC from September 2015 to August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at Human Solutions, Inc. from 2014 to September 2015, and at AHC Inc. from August 2006 to 2014. Pamela also worked as Resource Director at Leadership Arlington from 2009 to 2010, and was a member of the Housing Association of Non Profit Developers from 2000 to 2010. Other roles include Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Catholic Charities USA (2005-2006), Vice President of Finance at Montgomery Housing Partnership (2000-2006), Agent at Allstate Insurance Agency (1987-2000), and Accounting Supervisor at FCMI (1983-1987). Pamela is a graduate of American University, holding a Master of Arts in Financial Economics, and completed a leadership program at Leadership Arlington.
