Michelle Kuebitz

Michelle Kuebitz is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in member acquisition, small business banking, sales integration, and retail operations. Currently serving as VP, Director Member Acquisition at Mission Federal Credit Union since May 2023, Kuebitz previously held the position of FVP, Small Business Banking at Axos Bank from June 2020 to May 2023. Prior to that, Kuebitz held multiple leadership roles at Opus Bank, including FVP, Director Sales Integration and FVP, Director of Retail Operations. Kuebitz also served at Union Bank as Director, Business Banking Operations Manager and during an earlier tenure at Bank of America as Branch Manager.
