Jim Rodman

Jim Rodman is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Focused Systems Inc., a Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides agile engineering and technical services for various government agencies. Prior to this role, Jim served as the Chairman and Founder of XSITE LLC, another Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in systems engineering and integration support. Before his civilian career, Jim held the position of Rear Admiral in the US Navy and the United States Navy Reserve, overseeing engineering competency and reserve matters for various programs. Jim holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Doctor of Law from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University.
