Kelly Meadows has extensive experience in communications and administrative roles, currently serving as Communications Coordinator at Mission Hills Church since March 2018. Previously, Kelly held positions at Lanphier Accounting LLP as Firm Administrator and at Bauerle and Company, P.C. as Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included proofing financial statements and managing client databases. Key achievements include developing a new financial statement assembly process that improved efficiency and professionalism. Earlier in career, Kelly excelled at Crate & Barrel in various management roles, overseeing sales and customer service teams while implementing HR initiatives and managing store operations.
