Ben Pearthree is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communications, program development, and coaching. Currently serving as an Engagement Strategist and Leadership Initiative Coordinator at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America since April 2019, Ben has successfully developed the organization's first public web app and led various marketing initiatives. As a co-founder and Director of Communications & Program Development at M3 Aquatics beginning in April 2020, Ben addresses social and emotional learning needs of 18U athletes while promoting educational pathways. Previous roles include Assistant Coach at Midway Aquatics, Communications Director at Evolve & Elevate where a 120% enrollment increase was achieved, and Communications Intern at the Archdiocese of St. Louis, contributing to significant social media engagement. Educational qualifications include studies in Marketing/Marketing Management at Loyola University Maryland and Saint Louis University.
