Currently serving as a Senior CX Support Analyst at Mission Labs since March 2020, John previously spent over six years as a Technical Support Specialist at One iota. John's career began at Training 2000, where a two-year apprenticeship progressed to a Traineeship, involving responsibilities such as creating teaching resources and maintaining internal systems using programming languages like (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. John completed education at All Saints Catholic Language College from 2003 to 2008.
