Lisa Ann Fischer

Lisa Ann Fischer is the current Chief Growth and Lending Officer at Mission Lane. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Director at Barclays from October 2018 to April 2020. In this role, Lisa led the online banking and consumer lending strategy, and was also responsible for Brand, Digital Innovation, and Direct Marketing Strategy. Additionally, Lisa oversaw the bank’s Decision Sciences group, which included Strategic Analytics, First Line Credit Analytics, and Data Strategy.

Before Barclays, Lisa was a Senior Advisor at 2nd Order Solutions from April 2018 to October 2018. At 2nd Order Solutions, Lisa provided consultation and support to global financial services clients as part of a team of real-world operators with deep credit expertise, advanced statistical understanding, and significant experience developing machine learning models and applying them to financial services. 2nd Order Solutions’ clients spanned the lending spectrum from Top 5 US Banks to FinTech startups to firms investing in lending companies, and were located across North America, Latin America, Australia, and Europe.

Lisa Ann Fischer graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Mathematics, Concentration in Computer Science and Business. Lisa then went on to get their Masters of Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, with a Concentration in Decision Analysis and Risk Management.
