Michael Lancaster

Michael Lancaster has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Michael currently works as a Lead Software Engineer at Mission Lane since December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Endpoint from February 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they founded their own company, Padaone, Inc, where they built and shipped personal products from August 2020 to February 2021.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at various companies including BlackBerry, where they held multiple roles such as Senior Software Architect - Frontend, Engineering Manager - Cloud UI, and Staff Software Engineer. Michael also worked at Mesosphere as a Software Engineer - frontend, at Uptake as a Software Engineer - JavaScript, at Isobar as a Senior Interactive Developer, at Orbitz Worldwide as a UI Engineer, at Leo Burnett Group as an Associate Web Engineer, and at Cappex.com as a Web Application Developer - Front End.

Throughout their work experience, Michael has shown expertise in frontend development, architecture, technical leadership, and project management. Michael has also demonstrated skills in UI design, code quality standards, documentation, and product stability.

Michael Lancaster attended the Technical College of Computer Science - Divino Salvador in Brazil from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Technical degree in Computer Science. Michael'sstudies covered subjects such as Database, Software Development, Computer Graphics, Marketing Strategy, and Networking. Prior to this, they completed their high school education at Colégio Objetivo in Brazil. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained additional certifications in "Go: The Complete Developer's Guide (GoLang intro)" from Udemy in April 2020 and "Advanced Javascript" from Caelum in March 2011.
