Jim Wilcox

Jim Wilcox is an experienced professional with a strong background in ecommerce management, technical account management, and telecom engineering. Currently serving as the Ecommerce Project Manager at Mission Linen Supply since March 2015, Jim has developed expertise in business development, strategy, and sales training. Prior roles include Account Manager at Level 3 Communications, where Jim focused on technical account management for various communication solutions, and Network Applications Engineer at tw telecom, inc., specializing in sales engineering for voice and data connections. Jim also has extensive experience as a Senior Telecom Engineer at Gsolutionz and IT Manager in various capacities, including managing networks and designing business applications. Earlier in the career path, Jim held positions as Operations Manager at CompuWave and Operations Manager & Senior Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, Geography, and Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
