Anthony W.

Anthony W. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony started their career as a Supervisor at Revolution Bars Group PLC in 2011 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they interned as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at GE Intelligent Platforms. Anthony then joined Abaco Systems, Inc. in 2016 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern until October 2016.

In 2016, Anthony joined Mission Mars as a Bartender and later worked as a Bar Supervisor and In Store Trainer. Anthony then became a Training & Development Manager from August 2017 to January 2018. In 2018, they joined Drai's Enterprises as part of the Bar Openings Team from January to July. Anthony then returned to Mission Mars as a Training Coordinator from July 2018 to September 2019. Later, they served as a Training & Development Manager from September 2019 to September 2022.

Since September 2022, Anthony has been working as the Head of Training and Development at Mission Mars, where they are focused on all things People Development for the Albert's Schloss and Schenke brands, and preparing for future growth.

Anthony W. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Anthony attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Anthony W. obtained several certifications. Anthony obtained the WSET Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in June 2022. In April 2019, they became a certified beer server through the Cicerone® Certification Program. Furthermore, they completed the Brewery Trained Tapster certification from Pilsner Urquell in July 2018.
