Chuck Aranda has worked in the business industry for over 35 years. Chuck began their career in 1983 as a Marketing Representative at IBM. In 1987, they moved to Apple where they held the position of District Sales Manager. In 1995, Aranda co-founded LIBRIX | a training & development agency, where they were Managing Partner - Vice President Sales. In 2001, they joined Maritz Motivation Solutions as Vice President Sales & Business Development. In 2008, they became Director of Celtic Consulting & GO! Network at St. Patrick Center. In 2011, Aranda founded Mission Matters Group, where they served as both Founder and President.

Chuck Aranda attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management.
