Jason Saul

Founder and Chairman at Mission Measurement

Jason Saul has over two decades of work experience in the public policy, social enterprise, and nonprofit sectors. In 1997, they began their career as an Associate at Mayer Brown. In 2003, they became a Lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Social Enterprise. In 2005, they founded and became Chairman of Mission Measurement. In 2012, they were appointed Commissioner of the Budgeting for Results Commission for the State of Illinois. In 2014, they Co-Founded Impact Genome and in 2016, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hyde Park Art Center, a Board Member at Net Impact, and a Member of the Board of Advisors at Data Coalition. In 2019, they began their current role as Executive Director of the Center for Impact Sciences at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, pioneering data to advance Evidence 2.0 and ESG 2.0. In 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of OutcomesX.

Jason Saul completed their undergraduate degree at Cornell University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a B.A. in Government and French Literature. Jason then attended Harvard Kennedy School from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an M.P.P. in Public Policy. Jason continued their education at University of Virginia School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a J.D. in Law.
