Dal Anderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Mission Mutual since January 2018, Dal previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Every Tribe Every Nation from January 2016 to January 2018. Earlier in the career, Dal held various senior roles at Seed Company, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations, among others, from July 2008 to December 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Consultant and Director of Consulting Services at The Waters Consulting Group, Inc. and as Assistant City Manager for the City of Colleyville, TX. Dal's background in human resources was developed through multiple roles at the City of Arlington, culminating as Director of Human Resources. Dal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University.
