Cyndee L. Nieves has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Cyndee L. started their career as an Associate Director at the Family Stress Center in 1994 and remained in that role until 2008. Following this, they joined the Center for Human Development as the Director of Special Projects, where they participated in strategic planning, grant writing, and supervised staff and volunteers. In 2009, Cyndee became a Program Director at BCFS, where they established and managed a staff-secure detention facility for unaccompanied immigrant children. Cyndee L. ensured compliance with federal and state requirements and coordinated various aspects of the services provided.
